Luxury watch sourcing service

Goldbro Timepieces finds specific luxury watches for collectors anywhere in the US: rare, discontinued and hard-to-get references from Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille and other brands. Every sourced watch is authenticated in house before it ships, and eligible pieces carry a 12-month Goldbro warranty. Delivery is fully insured nationwide.

What Goldbro sources

The sourcing service is built for references that do not appear in the live inventory, or that retail boutiques cannot supply without a long wait. Typical requests include:

  • Discontinued sports models, such as the Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711/1A or the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15202ST.
  • Current references with long retail waits, such as the Rolex GMT-Master II 126710BLRO Pepsi.
  • Specific dials, metals or production years within a reference.
  • Complications and limited editions that rarely reach the open market.
  • A watch with a particular provenance, or complete with Box & Papers.

How sourcing works

  1. Brief. Tell Goldbro the reference, acceptable condition, whether Box & Papers are required, and the price band you are working in.
  2. Search. Goldbro searches its network of dealers and private collectors for matching pieces.
  3. Options. Goldbro reports back with what it finds: condition, completeness, year and a price for each watch.
  4. Authentication. Once you choose, the watch is authenticated in house before it is released.
  5. Delivery. The watch ships fully insured to your address, or can be collected at a private viewing in Las Vegas, NV.

Nothing is bought on your behalf until you have seen the options and agreed a figure.

Buying a sourced watch remotely

Sourcing can run entirely remotely. The process runs by phone and email, condition notes and paperwork are shared before you commit, and the watch arrives by insured shipment. Buyers who prefer to see the watch first can arrange a private viewing in Las Vegas.

How long sourcing takes

Timing depends on the reference. Widely traded references can often be found quickly. Rare complications, specific years or pieces with full papers can take longer, because the right example has to come to market. Goldbro gives an honest view of likely timing at the brief stage rather than promising a date it cannot control.

Price bands

Goldbro sources across its full range: the $5K–$15K entry band, the $15K–$40K core band, and the $40K–$100K+ high band, which covers most Patek Philippe sports models, Royal Oaks and every Richard Mille. Each option is quoted individually.

Brands Goldbro sources

Goldbro sources Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and Richard Mille, the brands where retail supply is tightest, along with Omega, Hublot, Breitling and other luxury brands on request. Vintage and discontinued pieces are welcome, from older Rolex sports references to Patek Philippe complications no longer in production. Where a reference has variants, such as different dials or bracelet types, the brief can name the exact one, and Goldbro only reports options that match it.

Why source through Goldbro

Goldbro Timepieces was founded in 1895 as Golbro and now works as an independent curator and reseller, with no affiliation to any watch brand. Every watch it sells, sourced or listed, is authenticated in house. Eligible pieces carry Goldbro's 12-month warranty, and every shipment is fully insured.

Luxury watch sourcing FAQs

Can Goldbro find a watch that is not in its inventory?

Yes. Goldbro Timepieces runs a sourcing service for watches that are not currently listed. Share the reference and requirements, and Goldbro searches its network of dealers and collectors, then reports back with options and pricing.

Do I have to be in Las Vegas to use the sourcing service?

No. Goldbro Timepieces sources watches for collectors anywhere in the US. The process runs by phone and email, and sourced watches ship fully insured. Collectors in Las Vegas can also use the local Source a Watch page.

Is a sourced watch authenticated before it ships?

Yes. Every sourced watch is authenticated in house by Goldbro Timepieces before it is released to the buyer. Eligible pieces carry a 12-month Goldbro warranty, and the published warranty terms set out the cover.

Can Goldbro source discontinued Rolex references?

Yes. Goldbro Timepieces sources discontinued Rolex references as well as current ones, from retired sports models to older Day-Date and Datejust variants. Supply depends on what comes to market, and Goldbro gives a realistic view of timing at the brief stage.

Can I specify condition and Box & Papers?

Yes. The brief can set any requirement: minimum condition, full Box & Papers, a particular year range, or an unpolished case. Tighter requirements may lengthen the search, and Goldbro says so at the outset.

How do I start a sourcing request?

Call 702-964-5855 or contact Goldbro with the reference and your requirements. Goldbro Timepieces confirms the brief, starts the search and reports back with what it finds. There is no obligation to buy any option presented.
